I. Estimated delivery time

Once your order is placed, it enters our processing system. Here’s a breakdown of the estimated delivery time:

Handling time: After your order is submitted and payment is verified, it enters the handling process. Handling typically takes between 1 – 7 days, depending on the specific product you’ve purchased.

Transit time: Following completion of the handling process, your order is shipped out for delivery. Please allow additional time for transit, which varies based on your chosen shipping method and destination.

II. Tracking your order

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This link allows you to monitor the progress of your order and estimate its arrival date. Please allow 5 – 7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

III. Special considerations

During peak seasons and holidays, delivery times may be extended due to increased demand and postal traffic. Additionally, certain specialized items such as 3D products, flags, and select facemasks may require up to 45 days for delivery.

V. Shipping costs & methods

Shipping costs and methods vary depending on the product and destination. We offer standard, premium, and express shipping options to accommodate your needs. Teroprints currently offers two shipping methods: standard shipping and premium shipping. For standard shipping, the shipping fee applies to all products at a rate of $5.99 per item, with an additional $1 for each subsequent item in the same order. For premium shipping, the fee is $8.99 per item, with an additional $2 for each subsequent item in the same order.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

Shipping fee may be different depending on the location you choose for the parcel.

VI. Note

Shipping costs for international orders shipped to countries outside the US will vary depending on the customer’s delivery address. All shipping estimates include handling and transit time. To get an accurate price quote for shipping, please add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout, then select your shipping destination country from the checkout’s drop-down menu.

All shipments are provided with a tracking link. Please feel free to follow the tracking link to check your delivery status.

VII. Multiple addresses & PO boxes

Please note that our fulfillers only ship to single destination addresses. If you require shipping to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders. We do, however, ship to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.

VIII. VAT taxes and charges

For international orders, please be aware that we do not collect taxes for shipping. Any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. VAT charges may vary by country; we recommend contacting local customs authorities for specific details.
