I. Cancellation Policy
Because all Teroprints products are handcrafted and made-to-order, cancellations can only be processed under certain conditions. We begin crafting each item immediately after an order is placed to ensure quality and timely delivery, which means cancellations may not always be possible once production has started.
How to Cancel an Order:
- Contact Us Immediately: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@teroprints.com.
- Include Order Details: Provide your order number and reason for cancellation in your email. The sooner we hear from you, the more likely we can accommodate your request.
- Processing Time: We will review your request and inform you whether cancellation is possible. If your order is still in the pre-production stage, we will do our best to cancel it.
II. Refunds and Returns
If your cancellation request is not possible because production has already begun, we encourage you to review our Return and Refund Policy for possible solutions. We offer a 15 day money-back guarantee for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To initiate a return for these reasons, please contact us at info@teroprints.com within 15 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order details and evidence of the issue (e.g., photos of the defect).
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will issue a refund or replacement once we verify the issue.
- Return Process: For eligible returns, we accept items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
III. Modifications to Your Order
